THE CARE OF YOUR PET
I will take every care of your pet whilst I am working and grooming. Just as I would care for my own pets. I use only natural products and have carefully selected all grooming products from leading trade suppliers.
CANCELLATIONS
Missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the standard grooming charge due to the loss of time and traveling costs incurred, as this could have been booked to another dog.
This also applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
DE-MATTING OF FUR
In the event of matted fur resulting in the need to clip tight to the dogs skin to enable it's removal, the owner should be aware that irritation may occur from the shaving process. The owner agrees that Groom & Go will not be held liable for any after grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems uncovered. The owner agrees to pay all costs for the grooming of the dog including de-matting, which is an extra cost.
INSURANCE
I have full Public Liability Insurance at all times, in the event of damage, accident or loss to your pet or myself. Please ask the owner for more details if necessary.
EXAMINATION OF DOG
I will examine your dog for any irregular lumps or infections during the grooming process and if anything is found I will discuss it with you, but it must be stressed that this is not a professional medical examination as would be given by your vet or medical advice and for this your vet must be consulted.
Please make sure your dog has relieved itself prior to grooming.
